"My cast aluminum mailbox and post were accidentally hit and broken recently. I purchased a replacement, but the replacement wasn’t identical and had a different bolt pattern on the base than the original post. The installers from the store where I purchased the mailbox were booked and could not get to the installation for two weeks. I texted Joey to get a quote and see if he might be able to install the replacement. He promptly called me back, gave me a very reasonable quote, and was able to schedule the job for the next day. On the day he was scheduled to do the job, he got sideswiped on the interstate by an 18 wheeler in a hit and run. Thankfully, he wasn’t injured, but, even in that stressful situation, he asked his wife to call me and let me know what happened and that he would not be able to do the install that day. He was able to come the day after the wreck to do the install and did a great job. I would highly recommend Integrity Mailboxes for your mailbox needs. He was prompt, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and conscientious. Couldn’t ask for more than that!

"I was nervous about having to deal with fixing/replacing a mailbox in the height of the holiday rush, but this company and its owner, Mr. Joey, could not have done a more stellar job taking care of my needs. His team acted so quickly, did excellent work, and above all Mr. Joey was so incredibly kind to work with. He eased whatever worries I had before calling him. "Last week, my mailbox was accidentally knocked down. Joey showed us where my existing mailbox had some design flaws that lead to my post getting easily destroyed. This model of mailbox was placed all throughout the neighborhood when the neighborhood was first constructed in the late 1990's.
They were quick to respond to the problem. Their prices seemed very reasonable. I wasn't there when the mailbox was replaced, but what I came home to was a better quality mailbox (and better looking) that was installed just as was promised.
I'm very pleased by the quality of service and the product that was delivered. They definitely live up to the name of the company!"
